9:45am - 10:30am	KEYNOTE SESSION: From Twin to Team - Maturity for Autonomous Systems Viewing spacecraft as robots, this keynote explores how digital twins can help develop and exercise teams assembled from different suppliers while design and acquisition choices remain open. It examines how digital fly-offs and mission rehearsals could reshape government acquisition, and introduces the Digital Twin Maturity Model (DTMM) to connect customer requirements with demonstrated digital capabilities. DTC members are invited to bring their own domain expertise and acquisition challenges to shape what suppliers should deliver, demonstrate, and keep useful throughout a system’s life.
